Thierry Henry has been sacked by Monaco after just 104 days in charge, according to reports.The Ligue 1 club confirmed on Thursday Henry, their former player, has been suspended pending a decision over his future.However, BBC Sport claim the 41-year-old has already left the club with the suspension ‘merely procedural’.2

Henry’s assistant, Franck Passi, will take training on Friday, a club statement confirmed.“AS Monaco announces that it has decided to suspend first-team coach Thierry Henry,” the statement read.“Franck Passi will train the professional group this Friday.”Henry has overseen a disastrous three months in charge of the Ligue 1 club, and they remain fighting relegation from France’s top division.  Henry has guided ASM to victory in just four of 20 matches, and he has not managed a single won in front of home supporters.Monaco currently sit 19th in Ligue 1, three points from safety.In their most recent league match they suffered a humiliating 5-1 home defeat by Strasbourg, and Henry was forced to apologise after telling defender Kenny Lalayour grandmothers a w***e.Worse still, an almost full-strength Monaco side lost to Ligue 2 side Metz, playing a fringe squad, in the Coupe de France on Tuesday.2
