The young Frenchman, dubbed the new Thiago Silva, has caught the eye of both Chelsea and Arsenal in recent weeks.The Blues have reportedly stepped up their interest in the defender.Mercato365 report a Chelsea scout was present at Marseilles game at Dijon on Friday night, with the visitors winning 2-1.2
