Inter Milan have made the first formal offer for Chelsea and Manchester City target Sandro Tonali.The 18-year-old midfielder has attracted plenty of attention with his performances for Brescia in Serie B this season and the race is on to sign him.1

Tonali could make his Italy debut this week

Chelsea and Manchester City want to bring Tonali, who is dubbed the ‘new Andrea Pirlo, to England while Juventus are also tracking him.But, according to TMW, it is Inter who have kicked off the bidding for Tonali by submitting an offer of 13.5million plus bonuses for the youngster.The San Siro club are trying to steal a march on their rivals by bidding now and they have sounded the youngster out over a move, too.Brescia are in no rush to cash in on Tonali however, as they expect his price tag to only continue rising before January. The midfielder has been training with Italy this week and could make his senior debut for his country on Tuesday against the USA.That, coupled with Tonalis potential and the growing interest in him, could lead to his asking price rising as high as 30million.
